Pennfords (2023)

What is the PBE?

Pennfords Blockchain Ecosystem (PBE) was established with the vision of helping talented teams eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy, cumbersome corporate processes, and excessive costs. These factors often hinder teams, preventing brilliant concepts from materializing. The PBE is synonymous with decentralization, transparency and providing a solid legal and corporate foundation for innovators, both pre- and post-TGE, while removing all legal responsibilities which are handled and taken onboard by our team.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

The PBE extends a complimentary service for all necessary legal, fundraising, corporate, and compliance functions required for both pre- and post-Token Generation Event (TGE). Our offering includes all corporate structuring requirements, enhanced legal protection, risk assessment, security and utility assessment with legal opinion, compliant investor onboarding, and high-level advisory services from an experienced team, which guides you and your projects through every stage of development. How much does it cost?

In exchange for joining the PBE, we request a minimal percentage of the fundraising total to cover our costs, a fractional share of the total token supply, with percentages scaling on the project's size and targets and also minimal marketing requirements, such as co-branding. This enables us to maintain an ongoing interest and continue providing legal support without additional charges in the future.

How long does it take?

This all depends on the circumstances, but you can guarantee Pennfords performs fast. We have the power to take a conceptual idea and prepare our full process, ready for public listing, within a single week.

Who can apply?

Everyone. Pennfords is in the position to allow talent to flourish while being optimally represented.
